    Undertaking full and concise site surveys, preparing and submitting accurate works quotations and job engineering.Supervising specialist subcontractors to ensure service provided is as per service level agreement; reporting any issues supervision immediately and contribution to problem resolution.Supervise all Adler and Allan personnel on site whilst works are being undertaken; ensuring all personnel are provided with a full brief of works and ensuring service delivered in of a high standard.Preparation of RAMS to a high standard and fully compliant with relevant legislation.Provide support to any other member of staff as and when required e.g. during holidays.Provide accurate weekly sales KPIs to General Manager in a timely and efficient manner.Be prepared to provide accurate and timely ad-hoc reports relating to a specific job/works or present a general overview for all on-going works for which the electrical project manager is responsible for.To carry out any reasonable request by management, for which you are adequately trained.Manage teams of Engineers to ensure work is carried out on time and safely.Liaise with Service Engineers and subcontractors and carry out site audits as and when required to ensure work is being undertaken to a high standard.Overseeing & quoting any variations.Ensure stringent KPIs are followed and complied with and reported back to the customer in a timely fashion.     About you:Basic knowledge of single and three-phase motors.Knowledge of separator/interceptor systems. Possess an understanding of relevant standards and good practice, BS EN 858-2:2003 Separator systems for light liquids and BS EN 1825 for Grease separators is preferable.Basic knowledge of electrical control panels.Knowledge of Sewage Treatment plants and pumping stations.Possess knowledge and experience of issuing and completing RAMS documentation.Possess a sound engineering knowledge.A willingness to work in an environment of change, dealing with emergency works is essential.Due to the nature of the role a flexible approach to working hours, travel and working days is required.Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel and E Mail; must be able to prepare and present reports using such applications.Full UK driving licence.Willingness to undertake additional training as required to meet the needs of the depot/ group.Right to Work in the UK.

    Here at Alder and Allan we are looking for an HGV Operative to join our ever-growing team!
    About the role:You will thrive within our expanding Rainham depot undertaking duties such as high pressure water jetting, clean-up of spills/fly tips and other industrial services, remediation and general groundworks, tank cleaning and decommissioning, spill response, industrial cleaning duties, surface preparation and spray lining.
    Your responsibilities may also include Welding and Fabrication; Interceptor and storage tank installs, servicing, inspections (Including OFTEC); Investigate and remediate issues with Tank and interceptor vessels, pump and probe systems; Remedial report issuing for Tank and interceptor vessels and pump and probe systems.
    The HGV2 licence is a key skill that can be utilised as and when required, the role will be predominantly based around spill response and reactive works. For clarity the Tanker role is an ad hoc requirement, but is part of the key skills required.

    About you:Previous experience of operating in a similar role / environment would be highly advantageous.A willingness to work in an environment of change, dealing with emergency works is essential.Due to the nature of the role and the response duties, a flexible approach to working hours is needed.Willing to work away for extended periods when required, including travel, hotel stays and shift working.Willingness to undertake additional training as required to meet the needs of the depot.Experience of operating plant would be a major advantage.Full UK driving licence.Right to work in the UK.
