The Role The Head of Delivery will play a critical leadership role in overseeing successful customer delivery across a portfolio of enterprise projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully, customer expectations are managed effectively, and internal teams are positioned to deliver against clear priorities. The successful candidate will work directly with senior customer stakeholders, including budget holders and delivery sponsors, managing expectations, navigating challenges, and ensuring delivery remains on track. Internally, they will act as the bridge between customer priorities and delivery teams, helping to remove blockers, manage scope, and improve delivery performance.
