We're recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Van Driver to join a busy and growing team in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team and getting out on the road. This isn't just a warehouse role. You'll play a key part in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately, dispatched on time and delivered safely, giving you a great mix of warehouse and driving duties throughout your week. Purpose of the Role To support the efficient running of the Aberdeen warehouse through accurate handling of stock, assistance with warehouse garment decoration, including heat sealing, and undertaking delivery duties as required. The successful candidate will be comfortable driving company vehicles, including small, medium and large vans, to support deliveries and collections across the local area. What You'll Be Doing Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch. Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently. Assisting with garment decoration processes, including heat sealing. Completing local deliveries and collections. Driving company vehicles, including small, medium and large vans. Carrying out daily vehicle checks. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. Working closely with the wider team to meet customer deadlines. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience. A full UK driving licence. Confidence driving small, medium and large vans. A strong work ethic and positive attitude. Good attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A flexible approach and willingness to support wherever needed. Desirable Experience Previous delivery driving experience.
