About the role As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported. We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session. Dolphin Court in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, provides person-centred, responsive, residential and nursing care. The home is a purpose-designed building for adults with a wide range of needs, including acquired brain injury or stroke, intellectual and physical disability. Our seafront location means 13 of the 15 self-contained flats overlook the beach. All flats are bright and spacious and we offer two flats for couples.
