  • Credit and Reporting Analyst  

    - Southall

    We are looking for a Credit and Reporting Analyst for a FMCG business based in Southhall. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven graduate looking to join a fast-pace and growing company. This position is onsite, 5 days per week, therefore candidates must be located within commutable distance and able to drive into the office.
    Responsibilities include: Supporting the Sales team across all sectors and channels by providing useful internal and external analysis of customers/products/sectors. Working alongside the Head of Business Insights team to support Sales and Procurement teams in tenders. Assist in identifying opportunities to drive profitability, growth and cash improvement. Be part of the team evolving the Strategic Sector Pricing Strategy, working hand in hand with the Channel Team, Marketing and the Sales Director. Reviewing new financing and business modelling and finding opportunities to further streamline, simplify and automate. Continuously develop and create relevant reports
    Requirements: Graduate with a business / finance degree (or equivalent) Microsoft excel experience Experience with Microsoft BI and SQL is preferred
    Working schedule: 5 days in the office in Southall Salary: up to £28,000 PA

  • Senior Ecology Consultant

    Senior Ecology Consultant. Location: Hybrid working with or 1 or 2 days per week in their Shoreditch office.

    The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic ecologist to join their expanding team as a Principal Consultant. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to lead in providing innovative and sustainable ecological solutions, including Biodiversity Net Gain and protected species management, helping clients navigate environmental regulations and achieve sustainable development.
    Your Contribution: Direct and organize diverse ecological surveys and develop plans to minimise environmental impact. Perform and supervise habitat surveys and evaluations of protected wildlife. Deliver expert ecological reporting, including Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA) and Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIA) Guide and assist less experienced colleagues to improve their ecological skills. Communicate with and provide professional guidance to all involved parties. Develop and nurture positive client relationships while delivering top-quality ecological consulting services.
    Skills: Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology or a related field. At least three years of professional experience in ecological consulting. Expertise in protected species and habitat surveys, with strong field skills. In-depth knowledge of UK ecological legislation and planning policy. Strong technical report writing skills, following CIEEM guidelines. Commercial awareness and client management skills. Ideally, Bat and/or GCN Natural England licences. Full, clean UK driving licence. Membership of CIEEM (or working towards it).

    The Role: Drive financial growth within the central government sector by achieving targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction. Lead sales and bid efforts, collaborate with the Delivery Director on financial planning, and define resourcing strategies. Oversee sales, finance, and reporting, manage contracts, and foster a unified team environment aligned with company goals. Grow the central government sector by achieving financial targets, managing customer contracts, and leading sales. Skills: Responsible for finding and securing new business opportunities within the central government sector. Possesses in-depth knowledge of Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) within the public sector and understands client procurement needs. Works closely with central government clients to ensure our services meet their specific DDaT needs. Works with the internal DDaT delivery team to create attractive and competitive service offerings for government clients. Understands relevant government policies and initiatives and can apply DDaT expertise to support their successful execution. Decides which bids are a strategic priority and works with the bid team. Maintains and strengthens relationships with key client partners within the central government sector. Creates financial goals and is responsible for those goals. Provides regular reports on sales growth and order pipeline performance. This is a leadership role that requires both business acumen and people management skills, balancing revenue goals with collaborative team leadership.
