    Package: Competitive Hourly Rate + Health Shield + Pension + Benefits️ Manufacturing Labourer – Key ResponsibilitiesAssist skilled technicians and engineers across mechanical and electrical applications in workshop and site environments.Support the safe handling, movement, and preparation of materials, tools, and components.Carry out basic mechanical assembly, cable routing, and containment tasks under supervision.Maintain clean and organised work areas before, during, and after tasks.Transport tools, consumables, and equipment between workstations and storage areas.Follow clear instructions from supervisors and team leads to ensure work is completed safely and to high standards.Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly in line with company health and safety policies.Keep accurate records of tasks completed and materials used as directed. Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in manufacturing, mechanical/electrical assembly, or construction is desirable but not essential.Basic understanding of workshop safety and manual handling practices.Willingness to learn and develop practical skills under guidance.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.Flexible and reliable approach to work, with a readiness to adapt to changing priorities.Valid CSCS/ECS card preferred; training will be provided.Right to work in the UK and willingness to work across various client sites if required.
