Warehouse Supervisor Location: Newark (NG22) Salary: 16.82 per hour Hours: 8.30am - 17.30pm - Monday to Friday Temporary ongoing role with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks The Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse operation, ensuring productivity, safety, quality and service standards are consistently achieved. This role requires someone who can motivate a team, manage daily warehouse activities and support operational performance while maintaining high standards of compliance. A Reach Truck License with experience would be preferred. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a small team of warehouse operatives across daily operations. Allocate workloads and monitor productivity to ensure customer deadlines are met. Lead by example, working alongside the team when required. Operate FLT safely and efficiently.
