  Field Sales Consultant Croydon, Surrey Successful Garage Door installation company seeks an experienced Field Sales Consultant for their Croydon Branch.  This is a great opportunity to be a part of a small but busy team. The RoleReporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for visiting home owners in Croydon and surrounding areas to sell Garage Doors, Entrance Doors, Patio Awnings and Bifold Doors. ALL quality leads supplied, we also provide full product training.    Successful Garage Door installation company is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for their South Croydon Branch. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a small but busy team and assist in the planning, co-ordination and operation of the branch. 
   The Role
   Reporting to, as well as working closely alongside the Branch Manager, you would be responsible for assisting in all aspects of running and maintaining an efficient Branch operation, answering and making telephone calls, responding to emails, processing paperwork and general support to the team. This role also involves assisting lifting garage doors.   Responsibilities will include:Handling enquiries of Garage Doors and related productsDealing with new orders and making salesAssisting with stock controlAssisting with loading and unloading of vehicles (Some heavy lifting involved)Responding to emailsDealing with telephone enquiries from the general public, work colleagues and suppliersDealing with customers face to faceCheck condition and quantities of all delivered goods against delivery notes Essential Skills/Competencies

   Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for helping maintain efficient warehouse operations and help deliver garage doors around South East and Midlands areas. There will also be warehouse duties as listed below. This is a customer facing role.
  Duties will include:Responsible for checking vehicles are correctly loaded with correct doors/spare parts.Help cover driving to regular customers in the South East and Midlands areas.Unloading garage doors/spares from vehicles (customer not always present – so this will involve self-unloading garage doors)Lead the team with loading vehicles for next day’s deliveriesWorking in the stores during busy periods, which includes picking and packing correct items and using courier systemsTrade counter work, helping customers with new enquiries, helping with product information and despatching doors. Dealing with new deliveries, checking off and booking in. Involved with warehouse movements, stock control, door rotation and prepping for larger deliveries. Key holder – looking after warehouse operations in absence of Warehouse Manager. General warehouse duties, maintenance and cleaning of vans. Accurate use of Sage systems. Helping Capital Building Plastics, cover the trade counter and delivering of good to customers.  Essential Skills/CompetenciesClean Driving Licence, a maximum of 3 points is acceptableExperience in warehouse operations/forklift use. Experience of driving around the South EastPhysically fit; heavy lifting involvedExcellent communication skillsForward thinking Ability to work alone and as part of a teamTrustworthy
