This is an office-based role. Main duties include: Overseeing a multi-site business Liaising with clients, staff and suppliersImplement and manage processesContribute to budgets and business plansIdentify issues and implement solutionsImplement strategies for various departmentsHire and train staffData analysisSales and marketingEnsure compliance with our H&S policy and best practices Collaborate with various teams to enhance overall business performance Essential skills & experience: Ability to work under pressureDecision makingFinancial managementLeadership IT literate especially in Outlook and Excel Experience working within an office environmentExcellent communication skillsClean driving licence – a maximum of 3 points is acceptable Desirable:
