About the Role As our Assistant Director of Compliance and Building Safety, youll provide strategic and operational leadership across compliance, building safety, and managing agent services. Youll ensure we meet and exceed our regulatory obligations while delivering excellent, customer-focused safety services. From leading compliance programmes to shaping our Building a Safer Future approach, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer feels safe in their home. What Youll Be Doing Leading our approach to asset compliance and building safety, covering gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, legionella, lifts, and more Ensuring 100% compliance through robust systems, data (the golden thread), and performance monitoring Driving a zero-tolerance culture for health and safety risks Overseeing procurement and contract management, ensuring strong performance and value for money Acting as a key contact with the Building Safety Regulator Developing KPIs and early warning indicators to manage and improve performance Leading high-performing teams and supply chains, embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Managing budgets and ensuring efficient, cost-effective delivery Supporting delivery of our Asset Management Strategy and long-term investment plans Why Join Us?
