If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount. About you  CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in reward, compensation and benefits management, or a related HR role. Strong knowledge of reward strategy, pay benchmarking, and job evaluation frameworks. Extensive experience of managing pension administration. Sound understanding of employment and pension legislation. Experience in managing pay review and reward cycles, including modelling and governance. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
