    Strategy

    Work closely with the Head Chef to shape the overall F&B
    strategy, including:

    Adapting to local food trends in each location

    Implementing current hospitality trends.

    Assist with the development of innovative and creative, yet
    sensible menus, considering local specialities and availability

    Upholding the directive from the client regarding the team’s
    identity to include but not limited to the overall look and feel and the
    specific food offering and design



    Onsite

    ·        
    Attendance of all F1 races and test events

    ·        
    Act as key member of the event delivery team at all races
    including setting up for each event and packing down following each event to
    the correct standards and guidelines

    ·        
    Following all guidelines and regulations to ensure that the kitchen
    meets all necessary local and company standards such as hygiene, sanitation and
    health and safety

    ·        
    Rotate taking responsibility for different areas of the operation
    with the rest of the culinary team, including team, VIP guest and driver food
    delivery

    ·        
    Deliver all culinary outputs consistently to the highest standard
    whilst adhering to strict timelines

    ·        
    Report to management when maintenance of kitchen equipment and
    repairs are required

    ·        
    Accurately monitor all stock levels and waste management reporting

    ·        
    Ensure all allergen documents are always completed and up to date


    Shared responsibility, along with the rest of
    the kitchen team, assisting with pot washing, handling waste disposal and
    service equipment turnover




    Other

    Assist with the maintenance of packing lists for kitchen equipment
    for each event alongside the logistics team, including ordering supplies and
    equipment

    Who

    We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter
    to join our dynamic team, leading the delivery of exceptional live events.

    The Kitchen Porter supports the smooth operation of the kitchen and
    back-of-house areas by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation,
    and equipment management. The role ensures kitchen areas are safe, hygienic,
    and fully operational for Absolute Taste Team working with Cadillac F1 Team.


    May involve long hours standing.
    Heavy lifting required.
    Weekend, evening, or travel work may be required for event-based
    roles.
    This role will involve attendance at 22 Formula 1 race events.


    As a Kitchen
    Porter, your key responsibilities will be :

    Set-Up
    of Clearing & Wash-Up Areas


    Set
    up clearing and wash-up stations according to operational plans.Position
    heavy equipment safely and correctly.Ensure
    adequate stock of cleaning products, disposables, linen, and equipment.Assist
    with receiving deliveries and distributing stock across site.Monitor
    and coordinate stock levels of kitchen and cleaning supplies.

    Wash-Up &
    Equipment Handling



    Clean
    crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to a high
    standard.Operate
    dishwashers efficiently and clean them regularly.Store
    equipment correctly to maintain safety and accessibility.Track
    equipment in/out according to standard procedures.Support
    waste segregation and recycling processes.





    Kitchen & BOH
    Cleanliness

    Maintain
    exceptional hygiene standards across all kitchens and BOH areas.Always

    workspaces are tidy, organised, and hazard-free Wear
    PPE and maintain professional personal hygiene standards.Support
    chefs and kitchen team with basic prep where required.

    Cadillac Racing trackside hospitality is

    exceptional standard of service throughout their trackside experience, and as a

    The Hospitality Manager role with Absolute Taste is
    pivotal to this success, acting as the key interface between the Cadillac
    Hospitality team and the Absolute Taste trackside operation. Working in
    seamless collaboration, the role ensures alignment, clarity, and excellence
    across all aspects of hospitality delivery.

    The Hospitality Manager must demonstrate a genuine
    passion for premium hospitality and guest experience, with the leadership
    capability to inspire, guide, and motivate teams to deliver outstanding service
    at every touchpoint. This role plays a critical part in protecting the Cadillac
    brand, enhancing guest perception, and setting the benchmark for world-class
    trackside hospitality.

    Responsibilities of the Trackside Manager:


    Lead, motivate, and inspire FOH and BOH teams to maintain
    professionalism, pride, and service excellence.
    Deliver

    impeccable service and presentation standards with attention to detail
    across all guest touchpoints.
