What you'll actually be doing:
Removing and refitting panels with precision and care
Spotting defects and reporting them to the team
Ensuring perfect fit, finish, and quality every time
Working safely and following all repair standards
Maintaining tools and reporting any issues
Signing off repairs to confirm quality
Keeping vehicles safe and secure throughout the repair process
What you need to bring to the party:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater
Relevant motor manufacturer qualifications and training
Current welding certificate (AOM009 or equivalent)
Skills in MIG brazing, spot welding, riveting, bonding , and working with high-strength steels
Light MET and bonding certifications
Full UK driving licence
A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
