ABC Teachers is looking for skilled Maths Teacher to join a specialist SEN School in Birmingham on a full-time basis.
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Maths Teacher to join our team, delivering high quality maths education to students with a range of special educational needs, including medical and mental health needs. This role requires a teacher who can plan and deliver accessible, engaging, and differentiated lessons that meet students at their point of learning, often in small group or one-to-one settings.
You will play a vital role in helping students build confidence in numeracy, develop problem-solving skills, and achieve meaningful academic outcomes. Many of our learners have experienced disrupted education, so a nurturing, patient and flexible approach is essential.
As part of a collaborative and supportive staff team, you will also contribute to wider curriculum planning, assessment and pastoral support, ensuring that every pupil has the opportunity to reach their potential, both in maths and beyond.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Maths Teacher you will:
Hold a QTS or QTLS.Have previous experience of working with children or young people; ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play or care setting within the last 2 years.We must be able to obtain valid references from these roles.Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
Hold a QTS or QTLS.
