Competitive base salary ($130,000–$170,000 DOE), full benefits, and clear long-term advancement potential Location: On-site in Irvine, CA. You’ll work from a modern Orange County office that’s easily commutable from Irvine, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Costa Mesa, and surrounding areas.
Note: You must be licensed to practice law in California (or licensed elsewhere and pending CA Bar admission), have 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, and be able to work on-site full-time in Irvine with occasional travel.

Job Description Handle a caseload of employment, wage-and-hour, and consumer class and representative actions in California state and federal courts
Draft complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, and legal briefs in complex civil litigation matters
Conduct written and oral discovery, including depositions preparation, and gain opportunities to take and defend depositions as you grow
Argue motions and appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings as assigned
Assist with case strategy, legal research, and analysis to support class certification, dispositive motions, and settlement
Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel, keeping clients informed and supported throughout the litigation process
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage deadlines, filings, and case workflows efficiently
Travel occasionally within California for hearings, mediations, depositions, and other case-related needs Qualifications Licensed to practice law in California, or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to the California Bar
1–3 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, and some court appearances
Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, or wage-and-hour/employment law is strongly preferred
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
