This is a strategic role, with responsibility for managing all production staff, planning work flow and utilising all available resources to meet our Customer requirements. Key Aspects: * * The primary aim of this role will be to provide leadership and management. Meet, set and continuously improve upon targets for, quality, cost, delivery, equipment and personnel. Responsible for good housekeeping practice in the workshop and maintaining Health and Safety requirements. Position requirements: * * Will have a proven background and experience of leadership Manufacturing/ engineering environment. 5 years plus experience of working in an production management role Ideally qualified/experienced in a manufacturing/engineering field.
