Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product-led delivery approaches. Experience working with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, alongside tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira and/or Azure DevOps. Good understanding of data platforms, analytics, reporting solutions and enterprise data architectures. Demonstrated experience managing delivery risks, budgets, dependencies and competing priorities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders. Experience working collaboratively with third-party suppliers and external delivery partners. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership, influence others and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.
