Whether it’s hosting an unforgettable studio tour, creating an optimal workspace, or equipping talent to tell the best stories, these teams lay the foundation for the memorable experiences we provide.Your New Role…An opportunity has arisen for a data-driven, analytically led individual to join the Trade Marketing team here at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.As Sales & Marketing Insights Coordinator you will support the planning, execution and performance tracking of ticket sales across Trade, Consumer, and Education. You will play a key role in coordinating ticketing operations, analysing sales trends, and support both trade and marketing to drive revenue and enhance business performance.This role will be based at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, supporting the Trade and Marketing teams both in the UK and Worldwide.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport annual ticketing operations for the Trade and Marketing Team, managing the annual ticket on-sale project, ensuring timely release of Trade, Consumer, and Education tickets.Work closely with technical teams to optimise processes and implement future projects to support revenue growth.Analyse sales performance and booking trends, producing dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.Conduct market research and forecasting, providing strategic input on visitor behaviour, revenue opportunities, and new project viability.Review Trade partner performance, creating bespoke reports to identify sale trends and making recommendations to support account management and operational tasks.Collaborate across internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships to align on business objectives and deliver exceptional service.Core SkillsIntermediate to Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and dashboard creationAble to interpret sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities and provide actionable insightsStrong attention to detail in reporting and performance trackingStrong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesKnowledge of Galaxy tickets sales system (preferred)Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information and solutions to a range of audiencesAble to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and requirementsGCSE Maths and English, grade C or above, or equivalentOnsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter.The Merchandising team plays a critical role in supporting what is a large global omnichannel business, helping to bring the magic alive across all Warner Bros Studio Tour locations in the UK, Japan and North America, including the Studio Tour, Platform 9¾ stores and our Ecommerce operations at our online Harry Potter Shop ().As Junior Merchandiser you will take ownership for a major category line, working in conjunction with the Senior Manager, Merchandising to maximize sales and margin through effective management of stock. Opportunity for full FTL certification25 days holiday (pro-rata)GymPassExclusive access to our Screeners App, with our exciting Warner Bros. and HBO contentDiscount towards tickets within the tourFree tickets for our nearest and dearest, on selected days (up to 8 tickets)Option to join our pension and private healthcare schemesYour Role Accountabilities…Lead associates as they receive, check, and accept deliveries to our warehouse, ensuring records of incoming orders are accurately maintained.Maintain relevant paperwork as orders are dispatched to stores and customers, supporting smooth and traceable operations.Ensure stock is put away and replenished in accordance with company guidelines, including safe use of machinery to store items at height.Oversee order picking for each of our businesses, including retail stores and individual ecommerce customer orders.Supervise packing of ecommerce orders, ensuring correct products are selected, personalized where needed, and wrapped to a high standard.Monitor and report any issues with orders or stock levels to colleagues and the Management Team to maintain service quality.Check machinery and vehicles regularly, reporting any defects or issues promptly to avoid operational disruptions.Deliver stock to our Leavesden and London retail sites using company vehicles, where agreed with the Warehouse Management Team.Serve as an active key holder for the Retail Warehouse, ensuring the secure opening and closing of the site in accordance with operational procedures and safety standards.Lead daily briefings, staff inductions, and training programs, while supporting team performance, scheduling, and administrative tasks.Qualifications & Experience…Full clean manual UK driving licence.Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.Confident leading teams and working collaboratively.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and use initiative.Clear and effective communication with colleagues and managers.Comfortable using IT systems, including handheld terminals and desktop PCs.Reliable and deadline-driven, especially during peak periods.Willingness to work safely at height (full training and PPE provided).Working Pattern…Full time roles are scheduled for 40 hours a week, working shifts.
