Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive our brand presence across social media, influencer marketing, PR and events. This role combines creative vision with operational excellence, bringing together social content strategy, influencer partnerships, community building and experiential brand moments to deliver measurable growth and brand heat.You will work cross-functionally with Creative, Design and Product teams to shape and execute a unified brand narrative across owned, earned and experiential channels. This role requires deep expertise in social media management and execution, alongside strong capabilities in influencer marketing and event delivery.Your Responsibilities: Social & Content StrategyBuild and lead a cross-channel social media strategy aligned with overall brand and commercial objectivesOwn social media planning, publishing, copy, approvals and execution across all platformsDrive brand growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms through innovative, social-first thinkingDevelop and implement clear KPIs, performance metrics and measurement dashboardsLead weekly and monthly performance reporting, turning data into actionable insights and optimisationsConduct regular reviews across content, audience behaviour, social listening and competitorsOversee content briefing and collaboration with Creative teams to deliver a strategic content mix (brand, product, press, UGC, influencer, campaigns)Support key brand campaigns with hybrid data-driven and creative social rolloutsCoordinate social content integration across Digital, Paid Media, CRM and E-Commerce teamsEvaluate new platforms, behaviours, formats and trends to keep the brand culturally relevantInfluencer & CommunityBuild and manage relationships with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors to deliver authentic, high-impact campaignsOversee influencer outreach, negotiation, contracts and reporting to ensure measurable ROIDevelop a structured calendar of influencer collaborations, product seeding and social activations aligned with seasonal prioritiesGrow and strengthen our creator network, ensuring quality and strategic alignmentCollaborate with PR to maximise earned media opportunities and community growthMonitor and report on influencer performance, continuously optimising strategyEvents & Brand ExperiencesPlan and deliver community-driven brand events including product launches, pop-ups and experiential activationsManage full event lifecycle: concept development, venue sourcing, supplier management, guest lists, budgets and on-site executionEnsure strong amplification of events across social and PR channelsMeasure event performance including attendance, engagement, earned coverage and ROILeadership & OperationsManage and develop a small in-house social/content teamBuild efficient processes across social, influencer and events workflowsAlign closely with senior leadership and regularly present performance insights and strategic recommendationsDrive collaboration across PR, Creative and Brand Marketing to ensure consistent brand storytelling RequirementsProven experience in influencer marketing, community management or event management within fashion, lifestyle or ecommerceStrong network of influencers and an understanding of the creator landscape across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platformsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneouslyCreative thinker with strong communication and negotiation skillsHighly organised with attention to detail and a results driven mindsetPassionate about fashion, culture and building authentic community connectionsProven track record driving brand awareness, community engagement and retentionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsBirthday day off25-day holidayFlexible hoursVibrant team40% off staff discountTeam socialsCompetitionsHybrid working - 4 days in the Altrincham office
