Education Lead Outdoor Learning Location Canterbury, Kent Full-Time Permanent Salary £30,000 £35,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Education Lead to join a specialist outdoor learning provision supporting children and young people with SEND. Based within a unique outdoor education setting in Canterbury, this role focuses on leading high-quality teaching and learning across an engaging and inclusive environment. Youll work closely with tutors, families, schools and local authorities to ensure learners receive personalised, outcome-focused education tailored to their individual needs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong SEND experience who is passionate about alternative and outdoor learning approaches.
