    About the Company This healthcare technology business has a long-standing presence internationally but with two core markets, one being the UK. They are looking for a strong strategic leader to unify product teams, modernise ways of working, and drive Product excellence as they go on their next phase of growth.     This role is not just about leading the Product function it's about being part of the wider business and helping the company on its incredible mission.
    You will be reporting to one of the most inspirational and inspiring CPTOs who has been a part of multiple IPOS, exits and transformational changes. He is a true servant leader who always gives his team true autonomy to drive and achieve your Product strategy.
    Their product suite includes radiology, pathology, oncology, and compliance management solutions, serving major healthcare providers, including the NHS and private medical institutions. With a new executive leadership team, the company is on an exciting journey towards new cutting-edge technology and AI-powered insights.
    As the Head of Product, you will: ✅ Define and execute the Product strategy, leading product innovation across a complex portfolio and unifying the product offering for customers. ✅ Modernise product practices by implementing best-in-class methodologies and customer-led development, creating a world-class product function. ✅ Led and scaled teams by managing and mentoring a large product team, upskilling, and fostering a high-performance culture. ✅ Collaborate with leadership, reporting to the Global Director of Product and Technology, and working alongside the MD and engineering lead to align product vision with business goals.
    What We’re Looking For A proven Product leader with experience as a Head of Product, VP of Product, or Director of product in healthcare, medical software, or clinical technology. A visionary Product thinker with deep expertise in modern Product ways of working, has thrived in an exceptional product environment and is a thought leader in Product strategy, team building, and execution. Commercial and customer-focused with strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. An inspirational team builder with experience leading cross-functional Product teams. Ideally, you have managed more than one Product Manager or designer. Confident in front of customers, comfortable presenting, running user interviews, and uncovering real customer needs. More than just delivering what’s expected, you’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible to improve patient care and clinician experience.

    Affiliate & Partnerships Executive (Spanish Market) Online Marketplace West London (2-3 days office based) £35,000 - £45,000
    Our client, a fast-growing online marketplace, is hiring for a brand new role on their team, an Affiliate & Partnerships Executive. This new hire will play a key role in expanding their affiliate and partnerships programme in the Spanish market.
    With the backing of significant investment and over 8 million customers across the UK and Europe, they are on a mission to provide more affordable and eco-friendly services and are the fastest growing company in their space!
    Please note, this requires someone who is fluent in Spanish (both written & spoken)!
    Your Role: Support the growth of the affiliate and partnership strategy to align with wider business goals. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with new affiliates and partners across key international markets. Monitor performance metrics, compile reports, and provide insights to enhance efficiency and drive results. Contribute to revenue growth by supporting commercial negotiations and creating impactful media packages. Manage the day-to-day operations of affiliate platforms, agencies, and tech partners to optimise return on investment.
    Your Experience: 2-4 years experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships Experience working for an Online Marketplace or Retailer Fluent in Spanish (Essential) Thrives in a fast-paced scale up environment Passionate about Affiliate Marketing and commercial partnerships/deal structures Strong Data & Analytical Mindset Strong Communicator (both internally & externally) Highly organised and ability to coordinate multiple projects at once

    Role Overview: As an AI Data Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the business uses AI. You’ll design smart data pipelines, build predictive models, and work closely with teams across the company to turn ideas into real solutions - tackling challenges like customer retention, personalisation, forecasting, and marketing automation.
    Your work will directly drive smarter decisions and fuel growth.

    Essential Skills: • Strong SQL and Python skills • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Make.com, Zoho Zia)
