You will contribute to departmental OKR’s by accurately checking off and putting away parts into location, while also ensuring a high level of accuracy when picking and packing in a timely manner for customer orders. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be aware of the onsite Health and Safety rules and procedures and will report all EHS hazards & incidents. You will also be responsible for reporting any quality issues at the earliest point within the process.When needed you may be required to help in other functions within the wider logistics team and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.Essential CriteriaPrevious experience in a warehouse or similar environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detailGood organisational skillsCapable of working on own initiativeDesirable CriteriaTrained and experienced on safe operation forklifts, pallet trucks and other warehouse equipmentExperience using Barcodes/ handheld scanners devicesExperience using an ERP systemExperience in cycle counting/stock checkingWhere others see many, we see you – personally.
