To support this transformation and ongoing business operations, Citi is seeking a LoanIQ Product Expert who possesses deep LoanIQ product expertise, strong understanding of end‑to‑end lending workflows, and the ability to partner closely with Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams to ensure accurate, stable, and compliant platform performance.The Loan IQ Production Support Specialist will be pivotal in providing subject matter expertise level knowledge of Loan IQ to the continuous operation and maintenance of our Loan IQ Application. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of how multiple lending and technology disciplines interact to achieve business objectives. The senior analyst applies deep functional knowledge of LoanIQ, strong commercial awareness, to deliver a full range of production services across regions.This position is part of the Data Solutions Production Management team, based in London, UK. You will contribute to a globally distributed team spanning Pune, Sydney, NYC Metro and Irving, collectively providing 24/7 support for our enterprise-critical applications.
