We take great pride with the environment in which we operate, and it is the Maintenance Operatives' responsibility to ensure that all equipment is fully functioning, the building is safe and up to H&S standards as well as ensuring the safety of our guests and colleagues at the forefront of everything that they do.Duties to include elementary joinery, painting, and general odd jobs.Friendly and approachable, you'll have previous experience working in a maintenance role with a good understanding of building services including heating, hot and cold-water distribution, ventilation, electrical distribution and plumbing. You will understand the importance of maintaining high standards as well as working to statutory requirements and compliance. Keeping our guest journey to the highest standard is something you strive for, nothing is too much trouble and you're always happy to help the wider team.
Hours of work are flexible but weekend availability is essential.
