Perform impact assessments and support solution design aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.Responsible for gather, validate, and document business requirements; translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.Plan and manage project activities across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.Coordinate resources, track progress, and manage risks/issues to maintain project health.Prepare governance materials, status reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Responsible for collaborating with compliance, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.Your skills and experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong business analysis expertise with structured problem-solving skills.Experience in project delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, and reporting.Knowledge of financial crime compliance and transaction monitoring processes.Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
