JOB TITLE: Digital Maintenance Technician
LOCATION: Manchester based with travel around the North of England.
REPORTING TO: Digital Maintenance Manager
HOURS OF WORK : 37.5 hours per week
SALARY : £27.0k - £30k Based on experience
WEEKDAY OVERTIME: Paid at a standard rate per hour worked over your standard day.
WEEKEND OVERTIME: Paid at a standard rate per hour worked.
WEEKEND ON CALL £50 per day + Hourly rate if called out.

Triwonder Digital are expanding! We are a leading maintenance service provider to the out of home advertising sector, specialising in large format LED displays across the United Kingdom. Due to growth within the company, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team of Digital Technicians. The successful candidate will be given full training on the latest display systems. With hard work and a positive attitude, you will be given the space and support to grow and progress within the company.
SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will provide technical support to our clients working on digital advertising displays at various locations around the United Kingdom but predominantly be based in Manchester. Working alongside the Digital Manager and remote support team, you will attend to reported issues within our pre-agreed SLA's of 4hrs,12hrs or 72hrs depending on severity.
You will also be required to attend sites at pre-agreed intervals to perform preventative maintenance this will involve cleaning the face of the display, Cleaning the internals of the display, Checking for electrical issues, Checking the site for H&S concerns, Grounds Maintenance etc.
Health and Safety is a large part of our work and as such you will be required to follow all safety procedures while on-site and ensure that all operatives or subcontractors follow the same rules.
The successful candidate will
Carry out reactive maintenance on standalone units, video walls and LED displays both internally and externally.
Carry out preventative maintenance on digital assets internally and externally.
Fault find and replace electrical components.
Be able to follow verbal and written instructions while working alongside the remote support team and senior technicians.
Monitor and maintain site safety, ensuring Triwonder's H&S policy is adhered to at all times.
React to issues as quickly as possible ensuring Triwonder SLA is met.
Manage equipment and spares within your vehicles.
Understands the flexible nature of the advertising industry, is used to working unsociable hours at times and is comfortable working under pressure
Has a full, clean UK drivers licence.
Be comfortable working at height.
Have basic IT skills
Be comfortable generating reports on Excel and using Outlook, Word etc
Health & Safety
Address breaches of Health & Safety as you see them and take reasonability for the Health & Safety of staff working or moving around you.
Stock Management
Manage stock levels at designated sites and storage units.
Produce stock reports when needed and flag reorder points.
Manage the return of faulty components to the Manufacturer or Head Office.
Areas of ownership
You will be responsible for ensuring onsite work is completed
You will be responsible for sending and collecting Statistics Images on our LIVE system and providing the office team with the relevant information to update our clients
You are responsible for the stock you carry as well as the replenishment of used items.
You are expected to attend all callouts with your shift hours and leave as soon as the issue is raised.
