The company is currently engaged in some of the most significant framework agreements within the London area, predominantly comprising residential projects, with a mix of new build and refurbishment initiatives. Additionally, other segments of the business, such as the cost consultancy team, architects, and building surveyors, are experiencing substantial growth as part of the strategic plan for the year. The Senior/Associate Employers Agent will collaborate with various stakeholders, including local authorities, housing associations, and private sector clients. The goal is to address the ongoing demand and pressure in London to develop new housing, particularly in the rental sector. Recent successful projects include a £25 million new build scheme in Kent, offering 250 mixed tenure dwellings, and a £100 million housing scheme in a London Borough. The ideal candidate for this role should preferably possess professional qualifications such as MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM, although relevant consultancy experience will also be considered advantageous. The company is open to candidates transitioning from other areas of consultancy, such as Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Project Management. Essential requirements for the role include previous residential experience in new build housing and education, preferably on behalf of public sector bodies.
