    Hours: 16–40 hours per week
    Contract: Permanent | Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Some people have a natural gift for caring.
If you’re one of them, this role could feel deeply meaningful.
We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support people in their own homes — helping them feel safe, respected, and able to live life as independently as possible.
This is a role built on trust, compassion, and human connection. It’s about more than tasks — it’s about presence, patience, and making someone’s day a little brighter.
    The Heart of the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll follow personalised care plans to provide practical, emotional, and social support tailored to each individual. Every client is different, and you’ll be encouraged to care for people as individuals — respecting their background, preferences, beliefs, and dignity at all times.
You’ll be part of a caring team, supporting not only clients but one another too.
    What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day work will be varied and rewarding, and may include:
Personal Care (delivered with dignity and respect):
Helping clients get up, dressed, and ready for the day
Supporting with washing, bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
    Assisting with medication where required
Supporting with mobility, pressure care, and comfort
Helping with continence care and specialist personal care needs.
    Nutritional & Domestic Support:
Preparing meals and drinks that suit individual tastes and needs
Light household tasks to help maintain a comfortable home
Laundry, bedding changes, washing up, and basic cleaning
    Supporting with grocery shopping
    Social & Emotional Care:
    Offering companionship, conversation, and reassurance
Helping clients stay connected with family, friends, and the community
Supporting attendance at appointments, clubs, or day centres
Often, what matters most is simply being there — listening, understanding, and caring.
Flexible Hours That Fit Around You
We understand that life doesn’t follow a single pattern. That’s why hours are flexible and agreed around availability, with:
Between 16 and 40 hours per week
A variety of shifts depending on client needs
Opportunities for both part-time and full-time work
    Training, Growth & Support
You won’t be expected to know everything from day one.
    You’ll receive:
Role-specific training relevant to the care you’ll provide
Ongoing guidance and support from coordinators and managers
Opportunities to develop skills and grow in confidence
The chance to support and mentor others as you gain experience
Some Care Assistants may also support quality checks, mentoring, and introductions for new team members, helping maintain high standards of care across the service.
    Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal if you are:
    Naturally caring, patient, and compassionate
    Comfortable building professional, trusting relationships
    Reliable, observant, and respectful
Happy working independently while being part of a wider team
    Making a Difference, Every Day
Sometimes you may be the only person a client sees that day. Your kindness, consistency, and care can make a profound difference to their wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.
If this role feels like something you’ve been searching for — or if you know in your heart that you could bring comfort, reassurance, and dignity to others — we’d love for you to apply and take that first step.

Care Assistant – Full & Part Time
Some jobs give you a payslip.
    This one gives you purpose.
We’re looking for kind, compassionate people who want their work to truly matter — people who want to go home knowing they’ve helped someone feel safe, supported, and valued in their own home.
You don’t need to come from a care background. What matters most is who you are: your patience, your warmth, and your willingness to care.
    You’ll Never Be Thrown In
From your very first day, you’ll be supported. You’ll receive fully paid training, gentle guidance, and ongoing encouragement so you can grow in confidence at your own pace. You’ll be part of a team that looks out for you, listens to you, and genuinely wants you to succeed.
This is a place where you are known by name, not by a rota.
    Feeling Valued Matters
We believe caring for others starts with caring for our team. That’s why we offer fair, rewarding pay and recognise the commitment you bring every day:
    £15.50 per hour during peak times (7am–10am & 5pm–10pm)
    £14.40 per hour during off-peak hours (10am–5pm)
36p per mile paid for travel between visits
    Enhanced pay on Bank Holidays
    Paid training and ongoing development
We offer full-time and part-time hours, with flexibility wherever possible.
    The Difference You’ll Make
You’ll be supporting people in their own homes — helping them stay independent, comfortable, and connected to the life they love. Sometimes it’s practical support. Sometimes it’s a friendly chat or a reassuring presence. Often, it’s being the highlight of someone’s day.
You’ll help people feel seen, heard, and cared for — and that’s something truly special.
The Kind of People We’re Looking For
We’re drawn to people who are:
    Naturally caring and patient
    Reliable and kind-hearted
    Respectful and thoughtful
Proud to deliver care with dignity

If this feels like the kind of role you’ve been searching for — or if you know in your heart that you could make a real difference — we’d love you to apply and take the first step on this journey.
