    Job Purpose
    As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a Tech Lead. The Tech Lead is a key technical leadership role, responsible for guiding the team's approaches to software development, making strategic decisions, and aligning project goals with the organisation's technical vision. In this role, you will be a central figure in ensuring technical coherence, solving the most challenging issues, and mentoring engineers to reach their full potential.
    Reporting to the team's Engineering Manager, the Tech Lead helps to shape the technical strategies for delivering value as a team, acting as a strategic partner and a technical authority. At Unily this role does not involve line management of developers. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 1 to 2 days per week in Eashing and occasional days at our London office. You may be expected to be available on call during holiday periods –always by prior arrangement.
    Main ResponsibilitiesContribute directly to the development work undertaken by the team.Help ensure successful team planning, review and retrospective events, helping guide technical solutions and ensuring planned work is feasible and in line with the product's technical strategy.Work with engineers in your team to provide technical guidance and navigate the technical challenges they face.Ensure the team delivers high-quality, working software. You will work with your engineers to build both the software and the automated tests that validate it.Mentor engineers on technical skills, career development, and best practices, supporting their growth into future technical leaders.Support the software the team builds, through training, documentation, monitoring and assisting with incidents, bugs and questions about your domain.Define technical direction and priorities for projects, ensuring alignment with broader architectural goals and standards.Facilitate architectural discussions, setting standards for code quality, security, and performance within the team.Tackle the team's most complex technical challenges, creating robust, scalable solutions to advance product goals.Collaborate with product managers, tech leads and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage trade-offs, and align solutions with user problems.Lead or support technical evaluations and feasibility studies, bringing insights from research and industry trends into the organisation.Drive process improvements, advocating for tools, practices, or methodologies that improve team efficiency and product quality.Identify technical debt and make strategic recommendations for refactoring and optimisation to support long-term product goals.Ensure the team and product maintain high standards of compliance in areas such as privacy, security and process adherence.
    RequirementsExcellent software development skills with a good understanding of software engineering principles, relevant languages and frameworks.Professional experience in senior development roles.A passion for developing high quality software.Skill in driving outcomes through collaboration, coaching, and mentorship rather than direct authority.A track record of working with agile practices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Good communication skills, including delivering demos and presentations when needed.A desire to establish and support a collaborative and positive engineering culture.Expertise in Microsoft .NET and the full web stack, with a working knowledge of cloud technologies and architecture.     Job Purpose
    As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a Product Manager. This role will report to the Head of Product Innovation and work closely with the Product Engineering Team, providing them with specifications of new features and reviewing at various points of the development lifecycle. As part of the team defining new strategic areas of feature development, this role will ensure Unily continues to deliver functional value to our customer base.     As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer for our EMEA region.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with Account Executives and the extended sales team, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs and accelerate their success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels in both technical and interpersonal skills, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their strategic goals.

    Main Responsibilities
    Strategic Engagement: Collaborate with prospects to translate their strategic priorities into impactful use cases, demonstrating empathy and active listening to fully understand their challenges. Innovative Solutions: Develop compelling demos and business cases that highlight industry benchmarks and best practices, while creatively addressing client pain points. Executive Communication: Present value-based solutions to C-Level executives, clearly articulating our platform's differentiators with confidence and emotional intelligence. Technical Insight: Document and convey technical architectures, including hosting, authentication, security, and high-availability infrastructure, ensuring technical discussions are accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. RFI/RFP Facilitation: Lead the preparation and delivery of technical and functional responses to RFIs/RFPs, working closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with client needs and Unily's capabilities. Feedback Loop: Provide competitive intelligence and product feedback to enhance our solutions and strategies. Ensure insights gathered from clients during the presales phase are effectively communicated to internal teams for continuous improvement. Customer Journey: Lead technical demos, workshops, and trials, including managed POCs, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood at every stage of their journey. Act as a trusted advisor and relationship builder, maintaining a strong connection with clients even after the sales process is complete. Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal and external Unily communities, driving industry thought leadership and professional development. Share your knowledge and experiences to help others grow and succeed.
    Requirements
    Experience: 3-5 years in pre-sales, customer success, strategy consulting, or a related field. Value Selling Expertise: Proven experience with value selling methodologies, including discovery and value assessment. Presentation Skills: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present confidently and empathetically both in-person and remotely. A consultative mindset that prioritizes understanding client needs and building long-term relationships. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Ability to navigate complex conversations with diplomacy, adaptability, and problem-solving acumen.
