Were now hiring a Marketing Assistant to help our UK-based clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in executing digital marketing tasks across multiple platforms. As a Senior Operations & Systems Governance Lead, you will take control of stabilisation efforts when a client is facing operational issues, unclear ownership, inconsistent processes, or unreliable systems. You wont be doing technical configuration. You wont be handling transactions. Instead, youll provide strategic oversight, rebuild governance, align stakeholders, and deliver clear reporting for leadership decision-making. Identify root causes of breakdowns Produce fast-turnaround findings reports Map issues across systems, teams, and vendors Establish charters, cadences, dashboards Clarify ownership and accountability Implement mechanisms that prevent drift Hold all parties to measurable standards Ensure alignment across systems and partners Support leadership with actionable reporting Deliver clear, evidence-based updates Recommend structured, practical solutions Support adoption of new frameworks Create handover kits and operating guides Ensure improvements sustain long-term You may come from: Operations, PMO, consulting, shared services, finance ops, systems integration, transformation, governance, or similar roles.
