As a Senior Operations & Systems Governance Lead, you will take control of stabilisation efforts when a client is facing operational issues, unclear ownership, inconsistent processes, or unreliable systems. You wont be doing technical configuration. You wont be handling transactions. Instead, youll provide strategic oversight, rebuild governance, align stakeholders, and deliver clear reporting for leadership decision-making.
