What You Need to Succeed Proven experience in Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical engineering, demonstrating a strong technical foundation and ability to work across multidisciplinary systems. Solid track record working within a customer-facing service environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality customer service and technical support. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a customer-focused approach. Experience with installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and breakdown rectification. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, showing adaptability and a proactive attitude.
