Backed by Pollen Street Capital, we’re in an exciting phase of growth - scaling across Europe and expanding our tech and services.What is the role?As a Financial Crime Analyst, you will help protect the business from money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud. You will analyse customer activity, investigate alerts, and support key compliance processes to ensure the firm meets regulatory standards. What you’ll be doing day to day: Monitor transaction-monitoring systems and investigate alerts throughout the day, escalating outstanding items as needed. Conduct customer and transaction due diligence, including periodic reviews and event-driven checks. Perform PEP and sanctions screening for new and existing clients using specialist tools. Support private account onboarding by collecting and verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with KYC requirements. Review fund allocations and identify any unusual or suspicious activity. File internal Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when concerns arise. Maintain clear, accurate records of investigations and decision-making. Respond to customer queries related to KYC and account opening in a professional and timely manner. Assist with Management Information reporting and contribute to updates of departmental procedures. Collaborate with front-office and other internal stakeholders to manage risk and share emerging trends.     About the roleAs our first Partnership Manager for Greece, you’ll act as a key commercial leader in the region - building trust, driving growth, and strengthening Lumon’s reputation across Greek property and financial ecosystems.Your focus will be on creating real value for partners and clients, not just managing accounts. This is a high-touch, consultative role where long-term relationships matter more than one-off wins.What you will be doing... Take full ownership of strategic partner relationships - particularly real estate agencies, IFAs, and legal firms dealing with international clients Pro-actively manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to educate partners on how to identify client needs and refer effectively Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Client Services) to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up processes for referred clients Analyse performance data to spot trends, uncover untapped opportunities, and adjust your strategy accordingly Represent Lumon at key industry events and local partner functions, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in the community Work closely with the Regional Partnerships Manager to develop and execute regional go-to-market plans and quarterly growth targets Become the go-to person for partners in Greece - known for your reliability, insight, and ability to drive mutual success This is not a back-office role - it's front-line, field-based, and designed for someone who thrives on autonomy, relationships, and results.👤 About YouYou’re more than just commercially savvy - you’re someone who genuinely enjoys building trust, solving problems, and helping people grow their business.
    Have experience in FX, real estate, financial services, or other B2B sales/partnership environments Are a confident self-starter who knows how to manage a territory, build a pipeline, and execute with minimal oversight Have a track record of success in managing revenue-generating partnerships or accounts - ideally in sectors where referrals or client trust are key Are an exceptional communicator who can tailor your message to different audiences (whether it’s a managing director or a client-facing agent) Are naturally curious and proactive - you don’t wait to be told what to do, you find ways to add value Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth companies where things move quickly and adaptability is key Are based in London with flexibility to travel locally for partner meetings Speak fluent English and Greek Have a strong cultural awareness of international property buyers, expats, and cross-border clients The interview process     Our interview process involves 3 main stages.
