You will lead deep technical engagements, guiding engineering teams on implementation and architecture to scale Claude-powered solutions. You’ll produce prototypes and documentation, collaborate with architects, and contribute to a thriving developer ecosystem. You’ll also share knowledge through content and events, while traveling to customer sites to support workshops and adoption. This is a chance to shape how industry builds safe, steerable AI at scale. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive compensation and benefits /li li optional equity donation matching /li li generous vacation and parental leave /li li flexible working hours /li li office space in San Francisco /li li visa sponsorship /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Serve as a deep technical advisor to high-growth, tech-forward companies and help them build innovative AI use cases /li li Hands-on collaboration with customer engineering teams: pair programming, architecture reviews, and code contributions /li li Develop prototypes and technical documentation, including evaluation suites and architecture diagrams /li li Collaborate with Applied AI Architects to maintain continuity across engagements /li li Identify patterns across engagements and feed insights to Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams /li li Create technical content for developers: documentation, tutorials, and sample code /li li Foster community engagement via hackathons, webinars, and developer-focused events /li li Travel to customer sites for workshops, implementation support, and relationship building /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder /li li Experience in customer-facing or pre-sales technical roles /li li Production experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale /li li Strong programming skills in Python and production applications /li li Experience with high-growth, tech-forward companies /li li Ability to context-switch across industries (healthcare, fintech, etc.) /li li Builder credibility with shipped products and practical experience /li li Strong technical communication skills for architectural decisions and implementation plans /li li Experience facilitating technical workshops, hackathons, or developer-focused events /li li Passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial /li /ul ul li strong communication and collaboration /li li ability to context-switch across domains /li li trust-building with technical leaders /li li Python /li li LLM-powered applications /li li prompting and context engineering /li /ul
