About the Role The purpose of the Regulatory Compliance Manager role is to provide compliance support and guidance to the International Acquiring (IA) team in support of our digital ecommerce customers. The role will ensure all activity is in line with Global Payments policies, and help to mitigate risks for Global Payments. This position can be considered as home based, office based and hybrid working arrangements.Duties to include:- ● Conduct periodic 2nd line monitoring reviews for regulatory compliance of our digital ecommerce customers within the high risk sectors (ie. gambling, crypto currency etc) identified by Global Payments including the non-high risk sectors ensuring they comply with all applicable laws and regulations. ● Provide feedback to the IA team on any findings identified throughout the 2nd line monitoring reviews, or annual reviews. ● Work with the IA team to complete the annual due diligence visit of one of our digital ecommerce customer. ● Create and maintain a monthly Management Information (MI) pack showing all compliance activity for digital ecommerce customers.● Maintain policies, keeping them up to date with any regulatory changes. ● Attend meetings with the IA team and the wider business that may require regulatory compliance guidance when introducing new products/services within high risk and non-high risk sectors or when reviewing existing products/services. s. Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulatory changes, and recommend improvements where required for new and existing products● Prepare a digital ecommerce Compliance update for the relevant governance committees. Assist and work closely with the Regulatory Compliance team members, provide support where requiredAbout You ● 1 year experience in AML compliance at a minimum ● Experience in high risk sectors such as gambling, crypto currency is advantageous but not essential. ● Excellent written and verbal communication. ● Internal audit / compliance monitoring experience would be advantageous. ● Sound reasoning and decision making. ● Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships. ● Demonstrate the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. ● Attention to detail ● Proven excellent IT literacy skills ● Financial/Regulatory compliance related qualifications advantageous but not essential  Read Less

Position Overview/SummaryGlobal Payments seeks an experienced B2B software and/or financial services attorney to engage in a wide-ranging practice with an emphasis on compliance with consumer privacy and artificial intelligence (AI) laws in one or more of the following jurisdictions: United States; United Kingdom and European Union. Experience with compliance work in other jurisdictions, particularly in the APAC region, is a plus. Summary of This RolePerforms the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. The responsibilitiesDesign and execute an acquisition strategy as laid out above, structuring and organising their team around this.Will own the partner acquisition revenue and new business target for UK&I and allocate targets proportionately across the team. The SD will manage the performance of the acquisition team to ensure delivery of the company objective(s). Will build and execute the ISV acquisition strategy for the UK&I, aligned to focus verticals and company capabilities.
