    Giacom is the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing through one platform.Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.Platform DevOps and in turn the Run teams are responsible for the performance, stability, reliability, and security of our customer facing platforms across Marketplace & Tools. It is a multi-disciplined department consisting of Platform Engineers, Platform Developers and Platform Service who work closely with the other departments and teams across Platform Product and the wider business.We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our cutting-edge Marketplace and Software Tools platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in automating our development pipeline and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our services within our telecommunications and managed service provider (MSP) environment.     What you'll be doing CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and manage our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for our Marketplace and Software Tools platforms, enabling rapid and reliable software releases. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain our cloud and on-premise infrastructure using IaC principles with tools like Terraform and Ansible. Containerization & Orchestration: Manage and scale our containerized applications, ensuring high availability and efficient resource utilization in a multi-tenant environment. Automation & Scripting: Automate manual processes related to deployment, monitoring, and operations using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. Monitoring & Logging: Implement and manage robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to proactively identify and resolve system issues. Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, network engineers, and product managers to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure our platforms meet the stringent requirements of our telco/MSP clients. Security: Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) into the development lifecycle, including vulnerability scanning, static code analysis, and compliance checks.
    Experience & Qualifications Proven Experience: Hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role. Cloud Expertise: Strong proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Container Technologies: In-depth knowledge of container orchestration. CI/CD Tools: Demonstrable experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in using tools like Terraform or Ansible. Scripting Skills: Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or Bash. Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, Firewalls) is essential for a telco environment.

    Giacom’s market-leading platform, Cloud Market, provides one place where partners can procure and manage comms, cloud, hardware, mobile and IT products and services, from the world’s leading vendors and service providers.As leaders in a transformative journey powered by our platform, we are shaping a future where our strategic foresight drives business excellence at a remarkable pace.We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Integration Product Manager to shape and drive Giacom’s end-to-end integration capability across our supplier, vendor, and platform landscape.This is a senior product ownership role focused on setting direction, managing external supplier relationships, and ensuring integration is treated as a roadmap rather than one-off assignments.; working closely with engineering, architecture, commercial, and delivery teams.The Integration Product Manager will own the roadmap and productisation of integration capabilities, enabling scalable onboarding of new partners and efficient delivery of customer projects. They will collaborate closely with integration delivery teams on day-to-day execution, while retaining accountability for supplier engagement, roadmap definition, and platform enablement. They will also establish the foundations for developer experience (documentation, onboarding flows, adoption).

    What you'll be doingStrategic Ownership: Define and own the end-to-end integration product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with platform strategy, commercial priorities, and partner needs. Continuously evolve the roadmap based on partner feedback, supplier capability changes, platform developments, and ROI-driven trade-offs.
    Supplier & Vendor Engagement: Own the product relationship with third-party suppliers and vendors (e.g., BT/EE, Sky, Microsoft), driving clarity around API capabilities, commercial responsibilities, and integration delivery expectations.
    Execution Oversight: Provide direction and governance to the Integration Product Owner. Oversee coordination of key integration workstreams, helping unblock challenges across engineering, delivery, and supplier dependencies. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, delivery, legal, and pre-sales functions to ensure integrations are aligned to contractual obligations and scalable for future use. Feed into and help govern the platform intake process, ensuring new integration asks are shaped and assessed effectively. Experience & Qualifications
    Proven experience in product management roles, ideally within platform, B2B SaaS, or telecom/IT integration environments. Demonstrated ability to manage supplier-facing integrations — including API onboarding, delivery assurance, and commercial coordination. Demonstrated success in owning a product roadmap, shaping prioritisation decisions, and delivering ROI through integration enablement. Strong strategic thinking paired with operational discipline, able to set direction, drive alignment, and follow through to execution. Comfortable making prioritisation trade-offs using data, partner needs, and platform-wide impact. Clear understanding of API-led integration, vendor onboarding, and repeatable delivery patterns (no need for hands-on engineering). What's in it for you?
