The Opportunity The Digital Applications Director will unify 27+ digital properties into a cohesive, high-performing ecosystem. This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to drive: Significant revenue growth through SEO, conversion optimization, AI, and automation Best-in-class user experience across web, mobile, and app platforms Integration of multiple platforms and brands while maintaining local relevance Scalable digital infrastructure and analytics to inform strategic decision-making Leadership and development of a 50–70 person global team This is a hands-on, enterprise-scale transformation role ideal for a leader with experience delivering measurable impact in multi-brand or marketplace environments. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a unified digital strategy across multiple brands and marketplaces Lead platform integration and digital transformation initiatives across 10,000+ employees Partner with the board and executive team on P&L, strategy, and performance reporting Digital Performance & Revenue Deliver 30–50% growth in organic traffic and 30–100% conversion improvements Optimize booking and eCommerce platforms to drive revenue and reduce abandonment Implement geo-targeted digital experiences across multiple languages and regions Technology & Operations Oversee web, mobile, and app platforms, ensuring performance, uptime, and accessibility Manage a £2M–£10M+ MarTech stack including CRM, automation, analytics, and testing platforms Build robust data infrastructure, dashboards, and analytics for ROI and performance tracking Team Leadership & Culture Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing global team Establish centers of excellence in SEO, conversion optimization, AI, and digital marketing Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and adoption Candidate Profile Proven digital leader with experience in $1B+ revenue organizations Extensive experience in multi-brand digital transformation, platform integration, and digital revenue growth Strong technical expertise in SEO, AI, MarTech, analytics, and digital product platforms Commercially focused, with P&L accountability and measurable impact on revenue Experienced in managing large, geographically distributed teams Why This Role Matters This is a rare opportunity to transform a global digital ecosystem , drive up to 60% of company revenue, and define the future of flexible workspace .
