You’ll:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document requirementsAnalyse business and technical issues, triaging and ensuring smooth resolutionsConfigure and test software to meet customer needsSupport product enhancements and advise on scope of new developmentContinuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation
Background in Banking, Treasury, or Financial Software environmentsStrong analytical mindset and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with SQL and/or Power BI a plusA proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware approac
