Enabling Futures Limited are currently looking to recruit Residential Support Workers (Enablers) to work in Millbrook House which is our home registered to look after adults with learning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health. Our beautiful home is set within 10 acres of private grounds, providing a special place to live and to work.
You will be responsible for the daily well-being of our service users, providing a caring and nurturing environment. The role also includes arranging and participating in activities and social events to promote positive social development.
It is desirable for applicants to have a background of working with children/young people/adults with learning difficulties and the challenging behaviours that are often associated with autism, although previous experience is not always essential as full training will be provided.

£12.30-12.70
_ Shift Times and Hours _
08:00-21:30
Full time is 40.5 hours = 3x shifts
Part Time is 27 hours = 2 shifts
