Department environment Our engineering team has remained at the forefront of blockchain technology, setting standards for the cryptocurrency infrastructure globally since the firm’s inception in 2018. We're now looking to expand the team with exceptional individuals who will help us further accelerate the crypto ecosystem. Key Responsibilities of the role Building a fault-tolerant, geographically distributed infrastructure: support of multiple data centres, providing replication, sharding, auto balancing and failover. Participating in deployment of services with strict availability requirements on a large-scale environment and working together with other Engineers to ensure our systems meet current and future demand. Develop and maintain code for automated infrastructure management (DevOps, Infrastructure as Code) with the use of Ansible and Terraform. Working collaboratively with the Backend Engineering team to increase our resilience through insightful systems and application metrics. Improving our CI/CD pipeline to provide new integration vectors. Building and maintaining infrastructure for its own fleet of blockchain nodes (> 25 layer 1 protocols now, and more to come) Your experience, skills and knowledge 5 years of experience working as a DevOps engineer with production infrastructure Well-versed with modern web application principles and CI/CD processes. Understanding of network security technologies, and network security analysis tools. Experience in configuring access to nodes in a computer network. Experience with virtualisation and containerisation systems. AWS administration or with other cloud providers. Experienced in coding non-trivial scripts and automating tasks in order to automate your tasks. Strong knowledge of standard development pipelines, including build and other automation tools. Able to independently solve problems of any complexity. Department environment  The Client Onboarding team sit within Copper’s Revenue Department. The team are responsible for guiding clients through the various stages of the onboarding process from inception to go live. This necessitates coordinating both with the client and the Copper internal stakeholders to ensure clients are transitioned onto the Copper platform quickly and efficiently. The team partner with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure clients receive a positive and smooth onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities of the role In this role it will be your responsibility to: Partner with Sales to drive and monetise the pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met. Become a dedicated point of contact to guide clients through the onboarding lifecycle from inception right through to the point the client is transitioned over to the Relationship Management team. Coordinate client meetings and engage the relevant Copper stakeholders where necessary. Issue clients with a customised onboarding package and serve as their main point of contact for all documentation and onboarding related matters. Partner with the KYC Operations, Compliance and Legal teams to finalise the AML/KYC due diligence and legal aspects of the onboarding process. Complete the setup of the client account on the Copper Platform including coding commercials and configuring platform user permissions.
